Employees are entitled to 21 days of annual leave, separate from the bank holidays (public holidays) observed in Kenya. Typically, there are 14 bank holidays yearly, although this number may vary based on government advisories. We diligently provide advance notice of all bank holidays to enable you to make any necessary scheduling adjustments. In cases where you require staff to work on these days, it is advisable to treat it as overtime.
