At a leadership level, what considerations were most important when deciding to introduce an offshore operating model into the business? 

Aside from cost benefits, the other key considerations were whether the offshore model could provide scalability without creating unnecessary risk, and whether quality and control could be maintained both now and as the business continued to grow. It was important that the offshore team worked closely with the wider business to ensure a seamless experience for our customers and also didn’t create another layer of complexity. 

How did Optimise’s approach influence confidence in that decision? 
  
Confidence came from the structure around the model, the quality of candidates being introduced, and the speed at which support could be integrated into the business. The approach felt practical and well managed, which made it easier to see how it could work alongside the existing UK team. 

What difference has this made to leadership confidence as the business has continued to scale?   

It has proven that the offshore model can work well and that it can really help the business to grow. There is now more flexibility in how and what resource is added, less operational drag on senior leadership, and more confidence that day to day demands can be handled without putting unnecessary pressure on the wider team.
